Diamond Materials completed e construction on a 158,000-square-foot Costco near the entrance to the development on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Costco includes a gas station. In addition, the 29,000-square-foot building holds two retailers, including the first New Jersey outlet of Duluth Trading Co.
